Service and payment in one place - the client pays the invoice from the same site where the service was booked.
What was not working
Invoices were sent and paid outside any system. Collection was tracked by hand, so reminders came late or not at all.
What we did
A presentation site with an integrated online invoice-payment system, so ordering and paying happen in the same place.
Result
An invoice is paid from a link, the moment it arrives. Collection no longer waits for the next visit or a trip to the bank, and tracking who has paid is no longer done by hand.
