Privacy policy

This policy explains which personal data we collect through prisma.mk, why we collect it and what you can ask of us. Processing is carried out under the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of North Macedonia.
Data controller
The data controller is FIKSIGO DOOEL Tetovo, registered at Bul. Vidoe Smilevski Bato 1, 1200 Tetovo, North Macedonia, trading under the name Prisma.

What data we collect
We collect only what you enter into the contact form yourself:
- full name
- email address
- company name, if you provide one
- phone number, if you provide one
- the content of the message you send us
Why we process it
The sole purpose is to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, and taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
We do not use it for marketing messages and we do not send you a newsletter unless you ask for one.
Who we share it with
Nobody. Form submissions are sent to our email and stay with us. We do not sell, rent or transfer them to third parties for their own purposes.
The site is hosted with a provider that processes only the technical logs a server needs in order to run.
How long we keep it
We keep the correspondence for as long as the exchange lasts and for at most two years afterwards, so we can return to an earlier conversation. After that we delete it. If you ask for earlier deletion, we do it immediately.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics. The language is read from the page address itself, so nothing about it is stored on your device.
Your rights
At any time you have the right to request:
- access to the data we hold about you
- correction of inaccurate data
- deletion of the data
- restriction of, or objection to, processing
- withdrawal of the consent you gave
How to make a request
Send a message to gorjan@prisma.mk. We respond within 30 days. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Republic of North Macedonia.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the new version appears on this page with a new revision date.
